WATCH: MS Dhoni and Sakshi spread their love for each other in latest TV commercial

Former Indian skipper MS Dhoni was seen expressing his love for his better half Sakshi in a recent shoot for a TV commercial. The 37 year old, who is labelled as the Captain Cool for ability to win matches for his team from pressure situations, has been undoubtedly India’s greatest captain ever and certainly one of the best of all time as far as world cricket is concerned. Dhoni is the only captain in the world to have won all three major ICC Titles winning the ICC World T20 2007, the ICC Cricket World Cup 2011 and the ICC Champions Trophy 2013.

The two time World Cup winner was seen sharing the screen with his wife Sakshi in what was an on screen debut for the couple. Dhoni talked about the time when he was not around with his wife during the birth of their girlchild Ziva. It was during the time when Dhoni was leading the Indian cricket team in the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 in Australia and New Zealand. Dhoni was faced with the dilemma between the responsibility of his family and that of the Indian cricket team.

The responsibility of a father figure of the Indian cricket team bestowed upon him by his fans however got the better of him. Dhoni chose national duty over the responsibilities of the family and continued to lead the team in exemplary fashion throughout the tournament. The former Indian skipper credited Sakshi for his inner strength as the two were spotted sharing an adorable bond in the shoot for the TV commercial.

The former Indian skipper is currently gearing up for the second T20I against Australia at the Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru to be played on Wednesday, February 27. Dhoni was criticized heavily for his slow strike in the first T20I where he could only manage 29 runs off 37 balls in India’s below par total of 126/7 on a slowish Vizag wicket. The veteran wicketkeeper batsman however would be keen to turn things around when India take on Australia at Bengaluru where the conditions are expected to be much more batting friendly.
