Virat Kohli had an Instagram live session with Pietersen recently. There he talked about RCB’s journey in the IPL. Virat revealed, they can keep their focus as side courtesy of the big star players in their team. Royal Challengers Bangalore has constantly had big star players in their side in every season.
Kohli, also said that they reached 3 finals in 12 seasons, but unfortunately failed to get over the line. However, these things won’t matter, until and unless they win the competition. Kohli believes that they seriously deserved to win a title by now.
“When you have the biggest players who have played for rob there is going to be a lot of attention on the team. We are always going to be more focused. We have reached 3 finals but haven’t won a single one. Have reached 3 semis but those things are irrelevant till the time we don’t win the title. We have talked about it as well. We deserve to win an IPL title, to be honest,” Kohli said to Pietersen in the live chat.

Pietersen also questioned Kohli about the innings he enjoyed the most while batting. The RCB captain revealed that his 113 runs innings against KXIP were his best knock in IPL. He felt that he was hitting the ball nicely off his bat in that innings, and he never experienced the same feeling while batting before.
“Against Kings XI in the IPL, I think it was a 13 or 15 over the game and I got 113. That was one of the days I felt like I was connecting everything, I’ve never felt that way ever,” Kohli added.
