Rashid Khan hits a helicopter shot in PSL
The Afghan cricketer is currently playing for Lahore Qalandars in Pakistan’s franchise cricket league. During the second match of PSL between Lahore Qalandars and Peshawar Zalmi, Rashid Khan hogged the limelight for his ‘superb batting’.
During Qalandars’ run-chase of 141, they lost important wickets in crucial intervals. However, the likes of Mohammad Hafeez and Rashid Khan kept the game alive by middling boundaries when it mattered the most.
Meanwhile, Rashid Khan unleashed a helicopter shot for a six and took everyone by surprise. Usually, he plays these types of shots quite well in T20 cricket. The fans once again witnessed a spectacular shot from Rashid as the latter handed his team a win.

The incident took place during the 3rd ball of the 19th over bowled by Amad Butt. Rashid was in a hurry to finish things when they needed 4 runs off 10 balls. The Afghanistan international launched one into the stands by swinging his blade.
As a result, Lahore Qalandars won the game by 4 wickets with 9 balls remaining. Rashid ended up scoring an unbeaten 27 off 15 balls with the help of 3 fours and a six. On the contrary, Mohammad Hafeez scored 33 off 26 balls including 5 boundaries.

Earlier, Peshawar Zalmi batted first and scored 140 for the loss of 6 wickets in their allotted quota of 20 overs. Qalandars’ fast bowler Shaheen Afridi was the pick of the bowlers as he accounted for 3 dismissals to his name.
The Pakistan international conceded just 14 runs in his quota of 4 overs while also bowling a maiden over. Salman Mirza took 2 wickets to his name while Wiese settled for 1 wicket. In reply, Lahore Qalandars comfortably aced the run-chase with the help of Hafeez and Rashid Khan.
