Liverpool’s star man Mo Salah has dragged a lot of interest for his outstanding performance in the Red’s shirt and Spanish giant Real Madrid are ready to offload their academy product Lucas Vazquez in order to gain the service of the Egyptian winger.
Salah is in breathtaking form this season, since joining the Anfield based club from Rome last summer, bagging 36 goals in all competition and is also leading the golden boot race in the premier league with 28 goals to his name. Not only his goal scoring ability is a showpiece but his perspective vision in finding out his teammate has always earned appreciation. By so, he has registered 12 assists, helping Liverpool to push for the top four standings.
If Salah continues playing like this, and has a good World Cup, surely Real Madrid can't ignore that? He's overtaking Hazard, Lewandowski & Neymar as *the* galactico they need to sign. Plus he's hugely popular in Africa & the Middle-East, as well as elsewhere. Makes so much sense

Obviously, such fascinating performances has made him a transfer target with Los Blancos believed to be the frontrunners amongst the top European clubs interested in him. Real Madrid are desperate to shrug off their less satisfying campaign by not repeating the same fate in the new season which has raise the demand for another Galactico in the Santiago Bernabeu. Mo Salah is ideal for that, according to the capital club.
The Salah saga
Jurgen Klopp has claimed that Salah’s fee will increase and Real have to pay exactly the same amount in order to stand a chance for his transfer to Santiago Buarnabeu. Liverpool are planning £198 million to retain the winger in a straight deal which will exceed the transfer clause of £165 million which PSG paid for Neymar last August.
But Madrid can only go high as £190 million and as a result president Florentino Perez is made to think some other way to make the transfer a possibility in the arriving window. According to reports in Diario Gol, Real are approving a swap deal to take place by parting ways with Lucas Vazquez, their teenage sensation.
Like Salah, Vazquez plays as a right winger but his game time this season has been restricted only on substitute appearances which has convinced the board to use him in the deal. Therefore, Klopp wouldn’t have to think about positional changes.
Moreover, Cristiano Ronaldo is also willing to have Salah in the dressing room for his unselfish and cunning gameplay. But with Liverpool having lost another star in Coutinho in the winter window to Barcelona, the transfer won’t happen so soon or easily.
Salah is an industry which is creating all the resources for Liverpool to stay in the top four race and it is proven by his scintillating contribution game by game. He is making a similar sort of mark for the club the likes of Fernando Torres and Luis Suarez constructed. Real will profit much in having him at their disposal but at the current situation they have to either break the bank or let go of any of their major performer to make the transfer happen otherwise it would be tough to snatch one more warrior out of the spirited Liverpool team after Coutinho.
