The question caught the attention of Ravindra Jadeja. The all-rounder came up with a cheeky response. “Who would be your pick to captaining the CSK team after MS Dhoni ?” CSK fan army tweeted.
In reply, Jadeja tweeted the number 8, which is his jersey number while replying to the question. However, in a surprising turn of events, Jadeja decided to delete the tweet. But the fans were quick enough to take a screenshot.
Meanwhile, MS Dhoni is the second-most successful skipper in the history of the IPL. He has guided CSK to three IPL titles. Moreover, under his leadership, CSK made it to the playoffs in every participating season except for IPL 2020. CSK will resume their journey when they take on MI on September 19 in The UAE.
