Quinton de Kock missed an important run-out of CSK batsmen


Chennai Super Kings (CSK) vs Mumbai Indians (MI) one of the biggest rivalry of the cricket league going to play the first match together of the season 2021. Both of them are the biggest rivals of the Indian Premier League (IPL).

Mumbai Indians (MI) skipper Rohit Sharma decided to bowl first after winning the toss at Arun Jaitley stadium, Delhi. Also did some tactical changes in the lineup. As they brought in Dhawal Kulkarni and Jimmy Neesham which will help them to brace the squad with the batting and bowling section.

On the other hand, Chennai Super Kings (CSK) skipper MS Dhoni continued with the same squad of the previous match. He believes in the players who are in continuity of playing more games. So he decided to start with a similar squad.

Playing first Chennai Super Kings (CSK) lost their first wicket in the first over of the inning. MI’s lead bowler Trent Boult took his and the team’s first wicket by owing only one run in the opening spell.

Furthermore, Moeen Ali and Faf du Plessis carried the inning and helped Chennai Super Kings to reach the milestone of almost 100 runs in 10 overs. Both of them completed their half-centuries quickly after the powerplay.

Meanwhile, Mumbai Indians wicketkeeper de Kock missed the chance of run-out during the 10th over of the inning. As he took the bells off with gloves before collecting ball. Quick runner Faf du Plessis reached the crease in time and saved himself.
