The Chelsea star has become an irreplaceable part of the Stamford Bridge side and manager Maurizio Sarri has revealed just how good he really is.
The Blues have been a part of their fair share of transfer rumors but none more than the rumours that have linked their Belgium star away from the club. However, the 27-year-old has been in fine form for the Blues and has been a key part of their team since his arrival from LOSC Lille in 2012. However, now it looks like Chelsea are finally going to lose Eden Hazard with rumours of every big European club after the forward.
The 27-year-old has been a vital part of Chelsea’s team since his arrival at the club from LOSC Lille in 2012. Since then, Eden Hazard has made more than 250 appearances for the Blues scoring nearly ninety goals and has even managed to win two Premier League titles, even being named in the Premier League team of the year on four separate occasions.
Chelsea on the other, have failed to agree to a contract renewal with Hazard and he has just two years left on his current existing deal and the summer window is still to close for the La Liga. And with the Blues failing to make Champions League football for this season after finishing fifth in the Premier League last season, combined with Hazard’s World Cup performances, the 27-year-old has become a hot ticket.
Now with an incredible hattrick that helped Chelsea make it five wins out of five for manager Maurizio Sarri is his debut season for the Blues. But the former Napoli manager believes that the Belgian star can do even more than that for the club. The 27-year-old has enjoyed a brilliant start to his season with five goals and two assists so far, but Sarri believes he can go even further.
Eden Hazard as now been directly involved in more goals than any other player in the Premier League this season:

“Maybe,” Sarri revealed when asked if Hazard is the best in England. “I thought Hazard was one of the best players in Europe, but now I am changing my mind that he is the best. I think Hazard can improve more. I think that he can spend less energy than now at 50 or 60 metres to the opposite goal.”
“When we have the ball in our half he touches the ball five times or six times,” Sarri explained. “So his actions, it shows he spends a lot of energies, and can have more energy in the last 25 metres. I think he can score 30 or 35 goals.
“I have spoken to him in the last two days, yesterday I told him for me he can score 40 goals. But spend less energy far from the goal and play in the last 25 metres.”
Eden Hazard is among the best players in the world at the moment, which is exactly why the likes of Real Madrid, Barcelona and even PSG want him. Is he the best in the Premier League? He certainly can be, but the Belgian star has been inconsistent, and if he can add that to his game, then maybe just maybe Hazard can be the best.
