Ashwin responds to Sanjay Manjrekar with a meme
The tweet caught the attention of the 34-year-old spinner. Ravi Ashwin decided to respond to Manjrekar in a unique way. Ashwin did a Wasim Jaffer by responding him with a hilarious meme.
The hilarious meme is straight out of a Tamil blockbuster movie “Anniyan”. In the meme, the lead actor Vikram says to Vivek “Apdi solladha da Chaari (Vivek), manasu vallikudhu”.
The meme roughly translates to: “Don’t say like that Chaari (Vivek), my heart is aching”. Meanwhile, Manjrekar also replied to Ashwin by saying: “Also Chaari, my heart aches to see simple, straightforward, cricketing assessments kick up a fuss these days😂😂😂”
