Manchester United thrilled with the performance of young duo prodigy

Manchester United have been a club that encourages young talent. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has made way for many youngsters into his lineup since his arrival. The Red Devils are still identifying talented youngsters and moulding them into the United way of play. Amad Diallo and Facundo Pellistri are two such latest additions to Old Trafford.

Ole Gunnar was keen to strengthen his attacking lineup last summer. The Norwegian did make a list of some of the top stars in Europe. Erling Haaland and Jadon Sancho were at the top of Manchester’s list. With United keen to sign a winger, they were focusing on sealing a deal with Sancho. But Borussia Dortmund gave United a tough time. Rejecting all of United’s bids for the English winger.

Manchester United, with limited transfer funds, focused on young stars with huge potential instead. Hence Ole signed Facundo last summer and made an official deal with Diallo at the start of the January window. The young duo are unique in their own way and have a versatile nature of play. Ole Gunnar is very happy to have such young growing talents at his side.

The youngsters are yet to find any first-team minutes. But United are confident that we will soon see them break into the higher ranks. The youngsters are said to have a great future at the club soon.

Manchester United have been playing the duo in the youth squad since their arrival. Facundo was very impressive in the youth squad, proving that he was too good to play in the U-23’s. Hence, United have loaned him out to Deportivo Alaves until the end of the season.

United are confident that Pellistri will get more game-time at the La Liga side. This will help greatly in the development of the player. If the Uruguayan youngster maintains his form away from United, he may acquire a first-team debut after his return. Amad Diallo has also been impressive lately.

The Ivorian winger made his debut for United on Saturday. The 18-year-old was able to net twice against Liverpool’s U-23 squad. What a wonderful way to start his career at Manchester United. As a result, Ole Gunnar has been including him under his training instead of with Neil Wood’s U-23’s. This may hint a first-team debut for the youngster in the queue.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is happy to see his young signings play so well. United’s staff are also greatly impressed with the duo. Facundo is also likely to get the main squad debut after his return. Pellistri will currently focus on securing more time on the pitch for the Spanish side.

The Red Devils can be at ease thinking of their future. United have a talented group of youngsters who can help the club to greatness. Mason Greenwood, Scott McTominay, Daniel James, and Marcus Rashford have already made huge contributions to the main squad. Amad Diallo and Facundo Pellistri are likely to follow the same path of glory.

Diallo is a very versatile player who can play all the attacking roles. But Ole identifies that the right flank is where he is most dangerous. Amad can easily cut in and out while making crucial runs. He is also a solid goal scorer and can assist equally well. Ole also hints that Diallo is likely to get a debut into the main squad soon, via Tribal Football.

It’s not just the gaffer but all the other staff’s too that find the player skillful. Fellow youngster Mason Greenwood also identifies his quality. Facundo Pellistri is also a true young talent. The Uruguayan also has many qualities that make him a suitable candidate to crack into the top ranks.

United are currently 2nd in the Premier League table. Ole Gunnar needs to bag all three points from the upcoming fixtures to regain their table-topper status. The disappointment from their last two fixtures cost United their precious lead. However, it is not too late to get things under control.
