Roma in for Chris Smalling with improved offer after Inter Milan cooled down their interest?
Another United player will be on his way to Serie A alongside Pereira and Dalot. Chris Smalling remained a key target for AS Roma in this window after a successful loan spell last season.
Italian giants had one offer of €12 million rejected last month, United demanding €19 million for the former England International. Now Roma are back with an improved offer of €15 million for the Smalling. United is likely to accept this offer as the transfer window is closing on soon.
