KKR could have easily chased down the target, given the kind of start. However, they started losing wickets at regular intervals after the departure of Shreyas Iyer.

Shubman Gill scored 46 off 46 balls with the help of 1 fours, 1 six. The likes of Ravichandran Ashwin, Kagiso Rabada, and Anrich Nortje turned things around for Delhi Capitals.

They gave the team a small hope by dismissing four batsmen for a duck. Rabada made a mess of Karthik’s stumps whereas Nortje shattered Morgan’s stumps.
