The footballing world is about to witness another roller coaster ride for a few days this week. The speculation is gathering around Cristiano Ronaldo to Manchester City.

The Citizens are doing well in terms of overall success in the football world. The only thing missing from their cabinet is a Champions League. However, the club is more nearer to grasping the beautiful and coveted trophy since they already have tasted a final last season.

Manchester City will definitely learn from their loss in the final and come back stronger than ever. With the squad getting stronger and stronger, the odds are higher in favour of City.

However, the club is looking sharper even in the Premier League. Though they lost their opening fixture, the citizens have come back stronger by showing utter dominance on Sunday. They gave a crushing defeat to Norwich City with five goals to nil.

Cristiano Ronaldo to Manchester City very soon?

The news about Cristiano Ronaldo has taken a storm in the past few days. The 36-year-old is growingly unhappy with Juventus‘ ambitions. The Italian club are hardly doing anything in the transfer market after being below average last season.

According to a report from L’Equipe, Cristiano Ronaldo is pushing for an exit from Juventus. He is looking at Manchester City as his next destination. To make things better, even Manchester City is desperate to bring a prolific striker after Sergio Aguero’s exit.

Cristiano Ronaldo has asked the team management to omit him from the squad. This just adds further spice to the transfer speculation revolving around him. Even Manchester City are in frustration after constantly failing at bringing in Harry Kane.

They are finally looking to move on from the Kane chapter and focus on others. The position of Juventus is vulnerable since Ronaldo has just one year left on his current contract. The Italian giants could be forced to let the Portugal International go. However Juventus will try to recoup the £100 million spent on Cristiano Ronaldo.

The news will certainly keep up to higher degrees in the coming days. Both Manchester City and Cristiano Ronaldo want the move. And this move could be a match made in heaven. But it is not quite sure how Manchester United will react to the move, since they have been looking to bring CR7 back home for a long time.

CR7 has more ambition than Lionel Messi?

What this supposed move it explains that Cristiano Ronaldo is certainly more ambitious than his counterpart. Lionel Messi made a move to Paris Saint-Germain just a couple of days back.

However, there was interest from other clubs as well, perhaps even so from Manchester City. But he chose to move to PSG. The French League hardly has any competition, and the quality is just poor compared to the Premier league.

On the other side, Ronaldo is still ambitiously thinking about competing with the best. The Premier League is by far the most competitive football league in the world. And Cristiano Ronaldo has once again shown why he is the best in the world.
